Assassin's Creed

Set in Jerusalem, 1191 AD during the 3rd crusade. In Assassins Creed you play as Altair, a “Master Assassin” who finds himself caught up in a conspiracy that threatens the entire world. What else do we know about it? Well the graphics kick ass, they look to be some of the best among the ‘next gen’ games and the combat appears to be very realistic and fast paced, no more surviving being stabbed in the chest half a dozen times. the game has a strong base in History, the people you will be assassinating are real historical figures who died in 1191. Also all of the cities in the game are accurately recreated cites from that period in time. The AI seems to be very good, NPCs will follow Altair through crowded streets and even leap across rooftops with surprising agility, also the way your targets will change course depending on where you are to best avoid you, and speed up when you draw near to them impressed me. too few games spend enough time on a really good AI. But what impressed me the most about this game is that you will be able to climb just about anything, and go anywhere, other games have claimed this before but Assassins Creed seems to have truly done it. This game is coming out November 07, I know what I’m getting for Christmas!

Fable

Though Fable came out quite some time ago, its still a really fun game.

The concept of raising your hero from the time he was a child well into his old age, choosing between good and evil, And having people react differently to you based on that, was a brilliant idea. The replay value is high because there are so many ways to play the game, you can be good, or evil, or somewhere in-between. You can also play an archer, warrior, or magic user, but you can mix them freely and it is possible to max every skill. If that’s not enough for you, there’s still many things you can do even after you beat the game, from owning every building in the game to marrying the “lady gray” and becoming the mayor of Bowerstone. I bought it the day it came out and have beaten it a few times and I still have fun playing it, if you like RPGs and don’t have this game, get it you won’t be sorry.

Woot?

Yah, okay well that's my intro.
